I had the same odd feelings as you, Louise - it made me realize how much more comfortable I am being &#039;behind the scenes&#039; and &#039;stage managing.&#039; I didn&#039;t do a proper prep for myself (although I would certainly have done so for a client) and regretted it. I learned from the experience though, and made sure when I started doing seminars and talks that I treated myself like a client. Well, except that it&#039;s hard to metaphorically hold you own hand. :)</description>
